Why book a Little Sitter studio session in Plymouth?
I bet you keep marvelling at how quickly time is flying by! Your once so tiny newborn is now learning to smile and trying to roll over. Now is the time to start planning some more family portraits. It is so important to document all of these little moments so that the memories can be cherished forever. Check out my blog for some recent Little Sitter Studio sessions!
How old does my baby need to be for a Little Sitter studio session?
These sessions typically take place between 6 -10 months and are perfect for marking all of the amazing achievements your baby has made so far including sitting up, giggling and pulling funny faces! As soon as your baby can sit unaided we would love to invite you to the studio for your Little Sitter session. All babies develop at different speeds so if your baby is able to sit before 6 months they would be very welcome to come earlier.
How long will the studio session last?
Little sitter sessions typically last no more than an hour. This gives us the chance to have at least 2 outfit changes and play with bubbles!
What do I need to bring with us?
Please bring with you everything that you would normally take with you when leaving the house. Don’t forget that special teddy or blanket! I have plenty of outfits in the studio for your little one to wear during their session. I often find that at the end of the Little Sitter session your baby can be quite hungry. They have used a lot of energy smiling so much!! Don’t forget to bring food or milk in case they need a snack.
Our session time falls over nap time/feed time! Help!
Little sitter sessions work well if you have a HAPPY baby. Happy babies are always well fed and well rested! I normally book Little sitter sessions into the morning or early afternoon but every baby has a different schedule. If you find that the session time we have booked falls in the middle of nap time or feeding time let me know so that we can find a time that suits your baby best.
Can you cater to our colour scheme?
I have lots of different outfits which are perfect for Little Sitters! If you have a particular colour scheme in mind for your studio session please let me know by filling in our bespoke Little Sitter session plan. This helps me plan a session that is really special for you and your family!
All sessions are shot onto a white backdrop. This helps highlight all of the tiny features on your Little Sitter! It also means that we can use any colour outfit or blankets and wraps to suit your colour scheme. If you are interested in having portraits up in a particular room in your home – let me know!
