Booking your photos in Plymouth

My baby studio sessions take place in my cosy home studio in Plymouth, PL4. Once you have decided that I am the right Plymouth photographer for you I ask that you get in touch so we can start planning your session.

I can take bookings for your photos in Plymouth from your 12 week scan. I just require the deposit to be paid to secure you in my diary. Babies never arrive when we expect them to so I only book a firm date in the diary once your little one has arrived. I only take on a limited amount of clients each month to ensure that I can fit you in when your baby arrives. With that in mind please do book early!

I always send out a newborn session guide ahead of your photo shoot. This gives you loads of hints and tips ahead of your session. For a brief planning guide in Plymouth newborn photography please having a little read here. I also ask that you fill in my short planning guide. This helps me plan a really bespoke session for you and avoid any colours you aren’t keen on! Don’t worry, I send all of this to you in an email as well!

During your photo session in Plymouth

The day of your session has arrived! Yay! I want you to really relax and enjoy your photo studio session. As much as it is about celebrating your new baby, it is also about celebrating your new roles as parents.

Plymouth baby sessions normally take between 2-4 hours. This gives us plenty of time for feeds, cuddles and baby posing. I have plenty of snacks and water to keep parents well fed too!

After your photo session in Plymouth

After your session I normally advise that it takes between 1-2 weeks for me to edit your photos. This is where all of the magic happens!

I then send over a watermarked private password protected gallery where you can choose which photos and products you would like to purchase. Sometime people choose to return to the Plymouth studio for help deciding what they would like to purchase.

I always include some examples of wall art to help you see how your baby photos would look in print. I always encourage prints or wall art. We want to see your beautiful newborn photos on the wall!
